Besides quality and quantity, the trout on the Kenai are wild, native fish – no hatchery or triploids. Regardless of the mind-melting inhabitants below the surface, conditions above and below the water govern the accessibility and mood of these pink-sided beasts. Fishing multiple days allow you more time at big fish bite cycles, repetition with our techniques, and navigating changing conditions giving you more opportunity at tangling with big bows! Our boats and gear are top notch, while your guides are the lodge owners. Fish with us and stay with us! 5 beautiful cabins with full kitchens are nestled on 8.5 wooded acres conveniently located five minutes from Soldotna – where you have access to grocery stores and restaurants. After a day on the water unwind around the community fire pit and share stories from the day. Free wifi to stay connected and coin op laundry (in case tangling with the fish of a lifetime is more than you bargained for) are available for your convenience. The fish processing and freezer room is available for anglers that add salmon and/or halibut fishing to their trip. Each cabin also has a bbq grill and cooler to bring food and beverages with on the water.
Want to add some variety to your Alaskan fishing trip? Many guests add a day of river salmon fishing or halibut on the ocean for the opportunity of bringing home some delicious fillets. Fly out fishing trips, bear viewing, and scenic rafting are also available. Perfectly located just 10 minutes from 5 State of Alaska public use fishing areas. Grab your groceries for breakfast and lunch at the local grocery store five minutes away.
